Tortes and Specialty Cakes
Ten inch tortes serve 10-12. Ten inch cakes serve 12-14. Nine inch cakes serve 8-10.
Double Lemon Mousse Torte
Lemon cream cheese mousse in a buttery graham cracker crust topped with deep lemon pudding. Garnished with homemade whipped cream.
Raspberry Mousse Torte
Raspberry cream cheese mousse that tastes like black raspberry ice cream in a graham cracker crust. Topped with fruity raspberry glaze.
Mocha Mousse Torte
Fudgy deep chocolate-almond cake topped with a mocha mousse. Finished off with a coffee ganashe.
Apple Bavarian Cheesecake
Cheesecake in a shortbread crust topped with apples, cinnamon, slivered almonds and a shiny apricot glaze.
Cappuccino Torte Cake
Four layer white cake speckled with espresso powder with a layer of chocolate buttercream, vanilla buttercream and coffee buttercream. Entire cake is frosted with vanilla buttercream and garnished with crushed walnuts on the sides. Order it with rum-soaked cake layers or plain.
