The Pie Lady
The Pie Lady is an independent bakery born in 1992 when Pam Baker left her teaching career to home school her three children. Needing a way to supplement the family income, she was encouraged to sell her wonderful pies at the local village Farmer's Market.
Starting with 10 pies on a card table, the Pie Lady has grown to selling thousands of pies yearly and has added to her repertoire of luscious homemade goodies a line of cookies, sweet breads, coffee cakes, sticky buns,cinnamon rolls, bubble breads and muffins.
In 2001 Pam's husband Andrew joined the business as "The Pie Guy". In the last three years the Pielady has begun deveolping a line of deluxe desserts for restaurants.
Currently we are devolping a a new line of cheesecakes and specialty cakes to be added to our current menu so stayed tuned!
